About Us

LeapLore is an ambitious project and community group.

Our aim is to put people, place, and  community participation at the centre of cultural life in Leap village.

The group is led by members of  our community that support and encourage people to be creative in their everyday lives and in partnership with local businesses.

 

The LeapLore community group was established to develop further conversations on local  folklore and promote creative output in our village.

​

We aim to work with people of all ages and backgrounds to create a richer, more inclusive, and more cohesive creative community in the village and surrounding areas.

​

We work with professional artists, non-professional artists, other community groups, and individuals.

 

This group is owned and developed collaboratively by the people of Leap, with sustainability at the heart of what we do together.

​

LeapLore allows people to challenge themselves through making art, writing, and exploring local mythology and place names of interest.
